About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Support Assistant to join our team at Fournell Showtechnik GmbH. As an Event Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our events, providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the event management team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of event-related expenses and invoices.
  • Support the development and implementation of event marketing strategies, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of event-related documents, such as contracts, agreements, and reports.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
