Overview

Are you enthusiastic about crafting and executing network systems? Do you possess extensive expertise in configuring and deploying switches, routers, and firewalls? If you have experience in establishing and managing cloud-native networks with major providers (GCP, AWS, or MS Azure), and thrive in collaborative, agile teams to develop cloud infrastructures and transition applications and workloads efficiently, then you may be the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

  • Developing robust, secure, and compliant network frameworks to facilitate the migration of client workloads from on-premises to the cloud (or between cloud environments).
  • Designing and implementing hybrid connectivity solutions.
  • Establishing and configuring firewalls in both on-premises and cloud settings.
  • Monitoring, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and testing both cloud and on-premises networks.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive architecture and network topology documentation.
  • Bridging traditional on-premises systems with the innovative technologies provided by cloud service providers.

  • You have over 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting network components and configurations.
  • You are familiar with various routing protocols.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in IT management, computer science, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
  • You have substantial experience with switching, routing, and firewall technologies.
  • You possess a solid understanding of ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways, and related technologies for hybrid connectivity.
  • You have practical experience in automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
  • You are proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
  • Certifications such as CCNP and/or CCNA are advantageous.
  • You have some familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, etc.).
  • You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
