About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team at eHealth-Tec GmbH. As a key member of our SAP implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of technical requirements in Order to Cash and various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the analysis of technical requirements in Order to Cash and various projects.
  • Coordinate the customizing of the CRM/SD/MM landscape in close collaboration with business units.
  • Lead the preparation for the S4/Hana transformation.
  • Coordinate development requirements with internal and external SAP developers.
  • Ensure the quality of assigned developments.
  • Ensure a smooth workflow with adjacent interfaces.
  • Develop technical solutions in accordance with architecture specifications.
  • Act as counterpart of O2C PO in the S/W development and release process.
  • Conduct on-ones with developers.
  • Maintain development guidelines and ensure compliance.
  • Plan and manage development resources for all projects.
  • Check the availability of external partners.
  • Develop applications towards the target model.
  • Improve the ways of technically working and the release process.
  • Coach employees.
  • Career development of employees.
  • Escalation management for major outages.
  • Troubleshooting and management of major application or system disruptions.
  • Cutover management for large integration projects during go-live.
  • Foster and enhance the Brownbag session.
  • Contribute to the IT roadmap from an IT perspective.
  • Support the S/4HANA transformation of the ERP.
  • Occasionally manage small projects.
  • Ensure trouble-free operations together with SAP Basis.
  • Ensure information flow between teams.
  • Support collaboration with non-SAP teams.
  • Ensure the team remains innovative.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading small and medium-sized teams.
  • Degree in business informatics or comparable education and several years of professional experience in leading the implementation of complex business processes in the area of Order to Cash in SAP.
  • Extensive knowledge in SAP modules SD/MM and underlying technology.
  • Technical understanding of ABAP OO, ABAP Workbench, Eclipse, transport system, solution manager, performance optimization.
  • Holistic overview to identify cross-functional impacts of planned IT activities at an early stage.
  • Experience in engaging and convincing different business units.
  • Experience in S/4HANA.
  • Good analytical thinking skills, strong customer and process orientation.
  • Good communication skills in German and English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
