Job Description

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead the engagement effort for solution design, development, and deployment of SAP S4 HANA Finance and Controlling solutions. You will be responsible for leading your technology track, eliciting requirements through workshops, collaborating with client business and other tracks, problem definition, and detailed business requirements. You will also lead the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the engagement effort for solution design, development, and deployment of SAP S4 HANA Finance and Controlling solutions
  • Lead your technology track and collaborate with client business and other tracks
  • Elicit requirements through workshops and problem definition
  • Define strategic direction and determine business needs
  • Design and deliver SAP S4 HANA Finance and Controlling solutions
  • Guide teams on project processes and deliverables
Requirements
  • Experience as FICO lead on at least 2-3 implementations
  • Experience as a sub-module lead on at least 5-8 implementations
  • Design and define organizational structure, chart of accounts structure within SAP
  • Multi-national company and intercompany transactions, eliminations, and financial consolidations
  • In-depth knowledge of general accounting and SAP General Ledger (GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, and baseline CO) modules
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with SAP new GL module
  • Knowledgeable about IFRS/GAAP accounting
  • Utilizes knowledge of best practices to define strategic direction, determine business needs, and design & deliver SAP S4 HANA Finance solutions
