Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant in the Frozen Foods department at REWE.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent product presentation and cleanliness in the Frozen Foods department, maintaining a high level of visual appeal and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract customers and drive sales, leveraging product knowledge and market trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering knowledgeable advice and support to customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate pricing and product range, ensuring seamless inventory management and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial training, preferably in the retail sector, with a focus on sales and customer service.
  • Strong product knowledge and a focus on quality, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Passion for retail and customer interaction, with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, responsible and customer-focused.
