Le poste

En tant que Responsable Scientifique & Hospitalier, vous aurez en charge de :

  • Promouvoir les produits Grifols (activité Biopharma) auprès des établissements hospitaliers publics et privés dans le respect de la stratégie déployée et dans le respect des procédures applicables au sein de la société Grifols France SARL et du Groupe Grifols.
  • Assurer une mission d'information par démarchage ou prospection conformément à la Charte de l'information par démarchage ou prospection visant à l'information promotionnelle des médicaments.
  • Former et accompagner les professionnels de santé des hôpitaux publics et privés à la bonne utilisation du produit et à la prise en charge du patient ainsi qu'à la connaissance de l'environnement des médicaments dérivés du plasma.

Quelles seront vos responsabilités?
  • Information promotionnelle / Formations :
  • Fournir une information promotionnelle de qualité sur les produits aux établissements de santé.
  • Organiser des formations pour les professionnels de santé.
  • Établir des partenariats et des opérations locales.
  • Assurer la pharmacovigilance et le respect des règles déontologiques.
  • Collaborer avec les leaders d'opinion et participer à des événements médicaux.
  • Contribuer à la stratégie de développement.
  • Suivi :
  • Suivre les appels d'offres et accompagner les référencements en partenariat avec le Responsable Grands Comptes.
  • Environnement :
  • Diffuser des informations sur l'environnement des médicaments dérivés du plasma.
  • Assurer la veille concurrentielle et promouvoir la connaissance de Grifols.
Qui êtes-vous?

Pour mener à bien ce travail, une personne doit être en mesure d'accomplir chaque tâche essentielle de manière satisfaisante. Les exigences énumérées ci-dessous sont représentatives des connaissances, des compétences, de l'éducation et/ou des aptitudes requises. Des aménagements raisonnables peuvent être apportés pour permettre aux personnes en situation de handicap de remplir les fonctions essentielles.

  • Diplôme de VM ou équivalent en formation scientifique Bac+4/+5.
  • Minimum de 5 années d'expérience hospitalière avec connaissance des circuits de décision.
  • Excellente connaissance de l'environnement médical, notamment en immunologie, hématologie, médecine interne ou neurologie.
  • Solides compétences en communication, à l'aise en prise de parole en public et en gestion de staffs et de relations publiques.
  • Autonomie, proactivité, rigueur et capacité à gérer un budget en toute autonomie.
  • L'anglais est un atout.
  • Capacité à gérer les urgences et à hiérarchiser les priorités.
  • Esprit d'équipe et enthousiasme.
  • Éthique personnelle et humilité.
