We are looking to enhance our team with a dedicated Client Relations Supervisor (f/m/d) who will ensure that all processes and communications consistently prioritize our customers.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our call centers, which are the first touchpoint for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to support our expansion efforts to establish Urlaubsguru as a leading travel provider while ensuring a satisfactory customer service experience through a comprehensive client care strategy.
As part of our Client Relations Team, you will assist in all matters related to our clients. Acting as a central hub, you will enhance the customer experience through continuous collaboration with our call centers, ensuring smooth operations.
- Optimize processes and develop a long-term client care strategy for the Urlaubsguru OTA and travel provider business.
- Capacity planning, forecasting, and ensuring the availability of customer service.
- Create quality guidelines and resulting process directives.
- Data-driven quality control through performance and KPI monitoring of call center partners.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and call center partners to resolve issues in a customer-oriented manner.
- Communicate with tourism service partners (e.g., travel providers) and be willing to visit these partners and call center partners occasionally.
- Manage and enhance the customer review platform Trustpilot.
With your hands-on mentality, you will increase client satisfaction at Urlaubsguru and improve the quality of our call center partners through your guidance and operational support. You will combine your tourism expertise with analytical skills, always acting in a data- and number-oriented manner.
- Completed training or degree related to tourism.
- Several years of experience in customer service or client care.
- Familiarity with Amadeus TOMA and Bistroportal systems.
- Analytical thinking and understanding of work processes and their optimization.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Experience in call centers (ideally in workforce management and planning).
- Knowledge in the travel provider sector (preferably with a dynamic packaging travel provider).

Flexible Scheduling
Work according to your needs and daily routine – between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
Work-Life Balance
120 days per year to work remotely within Germany, plus 60 days per year to work from anywhere in the world. (Alternatively: fully remote)
