YOUR FUTURE ROLE
In this position, you will engage with clients to provide guidance on aligning their transformational projects with our SAP solution offerings and innovative product development strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes and value for their daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include steering clients towards an SAP-centric, cloud-oriented operational framework tailored to their business needs, particularly focusing on the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical sectors.
As a Business Consultant, you will deliver insights and recommendations on solutions to tackle business challenges, with a strong emphasis on the SAP software suite and its integration with clients' IT infrastructures.
You will design, direct, and advocate for strategic project methodologies for SAP implementations that align with the clients' business goals and specifications.
Collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams will be key to driving business transformation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business informatics or a related technical field from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Extensive experience in consulting or customer advisory roles, ideally within the Life Sciences sector, or as a key user of SAP solutions in a relevant industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes related to pharmaceutical products and familiarity with industry-specific requirements, particularly GxP.
- A strong affinity for technical platforms, along with a solid grasp of cloud/hybrid architectures and advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Functional and/or technical expertise in the SAP solution landscape, particularly SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP, is highly advantageous.
- Foundational knowledge of business process modeling and/or enterprise architecture (e.g., BPMN, SAP Signavio, TOGAF) is beneficial.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks, with strong analytical skills to assess processes and provide strategic advice.
- Proven communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with various organizational levels, including C-level executives.
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and verbal (C-Level), with additional languages considered an asset.
