Procurement Expert for the Energy Industry

We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at the Düsseldorf location. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the procurement strategy of our international partner from the energy industry.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conducting tenders and requests for quotations to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials and services
  • Negotiating and concluding supplier contracts to meet the needs of our partner
  • Creating and managing purchase orders in SAP to streamline our procurement processes
  • Maintaining and developing supplier relationships to ensure a stable supply chain
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Processing complaints and managing contract and supplier problems to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Supporting the implementation and use of procurement systems and tools to optimize our procurement processes
Your Qualifications:
  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a similar field of study
  • Sound knowledge of procurement processes from requirements analysis to supplier selection and contract negotiation
  • Strong negotiation and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Good handling of MS Office and SAP to manage procurement processes efficiently
  • Business fluent in German and English to communicate effectively with our partner and suppliers
