HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH sucht einen erfahrenen Technischen Leiter für das internationale Konsortium für Counter Battery Radar COBRA.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Mitarbeit in der EA-I als Technical Manager mit Sitz in München
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der EA-I sowie mit den angeschlossenen (inter-) nationalen Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Verantwortlich für die technische Leitung der Entwicklung
  • Technische Leitung von kundenspezifischen Entwicklungen, Produktupgrades sowie Entwicklungen für die nächste Generation des Counter Battery Radars
  • Vorbereitung von Reviews, Koordination von Integrations- und Validierungsaktivitäten zwischen den EA-I Konsortialpartnerunternehmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Projektplanung und Koordination von multidisziplinären Entwicklungsteams
  • Moderation von Lösungsentscheidungen unter Berücksichtigung von COBRA Gesamtsystemaspekten, der Sicherheit und der technischen Leistungsfähigkeit
  • Moderation der Erstellung von technischen Systemanforderungen auf Basis der Kundenanforderungen
  • Überprüfung von Systemarchitekturen und Schnittstellendokumenten sowie Planung und Durchführung von Systemanalysen
  • Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung und Beseitigung von Obssoleszenzen sowie beim technischen Konfigurationsmanagement
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Systeme und in der Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden, Konsortialpartnern und modernen Entwicklungspraktiken
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung eines auch international besetzten Teams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Vorgehensweisen und Methoden des Systems Engineering
  • Kenntnisse im Anforderungsmanagement in DOORS
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
