Your responsibilities will encompass executing projects, formulating solution strategies, integrating external systems, and spearheading technical initiatives within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on tailored processes and technologies in the CRM domain
- Planning and executing implementation initiatives
- Creating and integrating solution strategies within Salesforce Core Clouds
- Facilitating external system integrations in Salesforce
- Leading technical initiatives in a team setting
- Conducting workshops for clients and potential clients
Qualifications:
- Degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field
- Proven experience with CRM platforms and Salesforce Core Clouds
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Apex, Java, or C#
- Familiarity with APIs (REST, SOAP)
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
