Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Creator for Employer Branding to join our team. As a key member of our employer branding team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to showcase our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies for our employee app and website, including writing articles and creating engaging content
  • Plan and create content for our social media channels, focusing on creative and suitable formats
  • Implement various campaigns and events to promote our employer brand, including internal and external events
  • Organize and ensure the virality of internal and external events via social media

Requirements

  • Currently in your 3rd semester or higher, with 20 hours per week available to work
  • Strong creative skills, with a talent for writing and composing engaging articles and posts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people of all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and familiar with Jira, TYP03, and Staffbase
