About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at Hermes Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for implementing proven processing methods along the logistics chain, analyzing processes for productivity and quality, and identifying and improving weaknesses in the defined area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing efficient logistics processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Analyzing and optimizing logistics operations to improve productivity and quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address process weaknesses
- Providing quality control and assurance of delivery processes
- Preparing for and participating in audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in logistics or a related field
- Minimum two years experience in logistics or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management and process optimization principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think holistically
- Desirable English proficiency
