About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and valued
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Accurately receive and stock merchandise, and manage inventory levels
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
