About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant at Netto Marken-Discount Stiftung & Co. KG. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting our sales team in achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Support: Assist our sales team in achieving sales targets by providing product information, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve our business objectives and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Requirements
