Strategic Associate to the Founders

Your Mission
Collaborate with leadership to support their strategic goals, including operational planning, market entry strategies, and growth initiatives. Oversee special projects and initiatives on behalf of leadership, conducting comprehensive research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate informed decision-making. Serve as a liaison between leadership and various stakeholders, including investors, board members, and external partners, effectively advocating for the company's interests and priorities. Lead the development and implementation of operational processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization. Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution of critical initiatives. Track key performance indicators and business drivers, providing regular updates and insights to the founders to guide strategic decision-making. Assist in talent acquisition and development efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.Your Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in consulting, venture capital, or startup operations roles, with a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong analytical capabilities and strategic mindset, with the ability to synthesize information, identify insights, and formulate data-driven recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
