Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive: Assist in the preparation of breakfast and lunch offerings, as well as support for various events.
• Service-focused: Facilitate a seamless dining experience in the company’s eateries, including the arrangement of food and beverage stations as per the menu.
• Guest-oriented: Respond to guest inquiries and needs throughout the meal service.
• Organized: Perform cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas. Handle transactions using an electronic cash register and maintain an orderly workspace independently.
• Collaborative: Engage closely and trustfully with fellow team members and kitchen personnel.

Qualifications:

• Skilled: Proficient verbal and written communication in German. Must possess physical endurance for the role.
• Experienced: Several years of experience in communal kitchens or similar hospitality environments such as hotels or restaurants.
• Competent: Friendly demeanor towards guests, basic knowledge of Windows Office, and effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented: Recognized for organizational abilities and commitment to quality. Presentable appearance.
• Team player: Enthusiastic about the role, enjoys interacting with others, and has a passion for quality food.
