OPUS Personaldienstleistungen GmbH is seeking a Project Manager Operations and Maintenance for a prominent client in the Essen area.Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Operations and Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing national and international projects, developing and negotiating contracts, and coordinating with our client's international subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and negotiate contracts for operations and maintenance services
  • Lead and coordinate existing projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
  • Coordinate technical activities between power plants and our client's departments
  • Monitor project profitability and provide regular reporting
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in engineering or relevant field
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
