About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our team at AOK Mein Leben. As a key member of our digital product development team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our digital offerings, including mobile apps, desktop applications, and web-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and translate this knowledge into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product management, to ensure that our digital products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, and prioritize features and requirements based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work closely with our IT partners to ensure that our digital products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field, with a strong understanding of digital product development and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
