Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee remote monitoring and troubleshooting of systems
• Execute commissioning of electrolyzers and provide maintenance services
• Conduct performance evaluations and generate reports
• Collaborate with development and product management teams
• Create a knowledge repository for effective problem resolution

Your Qualifications:

• Background in electronics or a related field
• Experience with PLC programming (Siemens or Beckhoff)
• Prior experience in after-sales service, maintenance, or commissioning
• Familiarity with machinery or specialized equipment construction
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel and provide on-call customer support
• Professional attitude and a collaborative spirit
