Your duties include:
  • Conducting inspections and evaluations of valve plates (weighing approximately 1 to 2 KG) for the automotive sector utilizing technical inspection instruments and visual assessments.
  • Verifying the valve plates for completeness and proper assembly.
  • Examining the sealing surfaces for any imperfections.
  • After completing the inspection of the valve plates, packaging them into pre-prepared boxes.
  • Transporting these packages using a vacuum lifting device.
What we require:
  • A technical qualification or relevant experience in metalworking (machining) is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in quality assurance/control within the automotive supply chain is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with MT/VT would be a significant plus.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (3-shift model) and on weekends.
  • Proficient knowledge of the German language is essential.
  • A valid vision test or G25 certification is required.
