About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Strategic Procurement Manager to join our team at Nova Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative procurement solutions.
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our procurement standards and play a critical role in the success of our company.

Responsibilities

  • You will monitor procurement markets and lead procurement processes.
  • You will select suppliers, evaluate them, and promote their development.
  • You will negotiate contracts to achieve optimal terms and prices.
  • You will optimize product costs.
  • You will lead team members in procurement projects and ensure efficient collaboration within the team.

Requirements

  • You hold a completed technical or business degree or equivalent education/training.
  • You have several years of experience in procurement of technical products, investment goods, machinery, equipment, and services.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of supplier management, which is essential.
  • You have advanced knowledge of supplier quality management, which is necessary.
  • You have technical knowledge of chemically resistant materials and metals, which is an advantage.
  • You have extensive negotiation experience in contract law.
  • You have secure German and English language skills.
  • You have assertiveness, communication, and team skills.
  • You are willing to travel.
