Falken Tyre Europe GmbH, a subsidiary of SUMITOMO RUBBER INDUSTRIES LTD., is seeking a dedicated Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Planning and Product Planning team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our pricing strategies and ensuring competitive advantage within the automotive industry. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Creating and Maintaining Pricing Materials: Develop and maintain accurate order forms, price lists, and price announcement letters to effectively communicate pricing information.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct in-depth data analyses to support informed pricing decisions, leveraging your analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Generate comprehensive pricing reports to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
  • Statistical Analysis and Support: Maintain various statistics and evaluations, perform ad-hoc analyses as required, and provide valuable insights to the Senior Pricing Specialist Europe.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background in business administration or a related field, coupled with relevant experience in pricing within the automotive sector. Exceptional numerical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in MS-Office programs, particularly Excel, are essential for success in this role.

Furthermore, we seek individuals who demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities, initiative, independence, and a willingness to work autonomously. Proficiency in SAP is considered a valuable asset.
