As a (Junior) Corporate Finance Advisor/Business Valuation (m/f/d), you will assist our clients in assessing the value of companies and individual assets. Together, we will devise strategies for managing businesses and portfolios, solutions for creating and analyzing corporate plans, financing through equity or debt, as well as transaction and strategic consulting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Consulting various companies, for instance, in the context of their growth strategies through the valuation of businesses, intangible assets, and the analysis of strategic alternatives.
  • Modeling and analyzing integrated business plans and conducting valuation models and scenario analyses.
  • Accounting representation of corporate transactions and ongoing assessment of the viability of investments.
  • Analyzing market and competitive environments as well as financial metrics of companies in collaboration with your project team members.
Your Profile
  • You enjoy working with people and in diverse teams.
  • A completed degree in business administration (BWL), economics (VWL), business informatics, business mathematics, or a comparable field.
  • Initial practical experience through internships or student jobs in corporate finance, valuation, taxation, or investment banking/M&A.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in German and English at C1 level.
  • Willingness to travel to provide optimal on-site consulting for our clients.
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and interest in current economic topics.
