We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Toolmaking Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at DIS AG. As a key member of our toolmaking department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tooling solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

• Surface Finishing: Perform surface finishing operations on tooling components to ensure precise tolerances and surface quality.
• Tool Inspection and Evaluation: Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of extrusion tools to identify quality-relevant characteristics and document findings.
• Assembly and Finishing: Perform assembly and finishing operations on tooling components, including laser welding and conventional machining.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on tooling equipment, following established maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tooling projects, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed.

• Education: Completed apprenticeship or equivalent technical training in toolmaking or a related field.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with excellent process knowledge and experience working with CNC machines, laser welding equipment, and conventional machining tools.
• Personal Qualities: Strong team player with entrepreneurial mindset and high level of self-motivation, coupled with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
