Customer Excellence Export Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Customer Excellence Export team at Clarios. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service and logistics professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and support.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer service and logistics processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including export control and customs procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer service or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
