Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen eine(n) (Junior) E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Optimierung unserer Online-Marktplätze.
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit nationalen und internationalen Dienstleistern zur Unterstützung unseres europaweiten Wachstums.
  • Datenaufbereitung und -mapping sowie Unterstützung bei der Pflege und technischen Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebskanäle.
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im 2nd Level in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Dienstleistern (kein direkter Kundenkontakt).
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit crossfunktionalen Teams zur Begleitung des Produktlaunchprozesses.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene IHK-Ausbildung im Bereich Kaufleute E-Commerce oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Marketplace Management.
  • Kenntnisse in Middleware-Software wie ChannelAdvisor oder ChannelEngine.
  • Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu koordinieren.
  • Analytische Denkweise mit datenbasierten Entscheidungsfähigkeiten.
  • Erweiterte SAP-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Produkten, insbesondere Excel.
  • Fähigkeit, Calls mit Dienstleistern auf Englisch zu begleiten.
