As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process. Your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing metal parts for coating and drying processes.
- Conducting quality control checks on individual components.
- Efficiently transporting and managing parts throughout the production line.
- Previous experience in a production environment is desirable, but not essential. Career changers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent eyesight and color recognition abilities are advantageous for this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Proficiency in German at the B1 level or higher, essential for safety compliance.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- While a driver's license and vehicle are beneficial, they are not mandatory.
