Sustainability Strategy Manager

We are developing a leading technology platform that enables organizations to monitor their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data while effectively managing their sustainability performance.

This role as Sustainability Strategy Manager offers significant responsibilities within a rapidly growing company at the forefront of ESG advancements. As a senior member of our dedicated ESG team, you will provide expert guidance on ESG matters and assist our clients in achieving their sustainability objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are expanding our teams and are seeking candidates with expertise in any of the following areas:
- Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) / European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)
- Double Materiality Assessment
- EU Taxonomy (KPI calculations)
- Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation (SFDR)
- Carbon accounting
- ESG data and software
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., ESG advisory, ESG analysis, sustainability management)
- Experience in advising senior stakeholders on ESG and sustainability reporting requirements
- Fluency in English and German
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills with a results-driven and solution-oriented approach
