We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor (m/f/d) for Cable Line Projects to oversee and manage our projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Autonomous planning and management of cable line construction projects
  • Overseeing construction sites to ensure compliance with timelines
  • Leading and guiding construction teams
  • Conducting measurements, settlements, and additional claims
  • Establishing, securing, and dismantling construction sites
  • Performing quality assurance checks and maintaining safety protocols
  • Engaging with clients and subcontractors for seamless project execution
Required Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training as a construction technician, underground construction worker, road builder, or sewer builder
  • Proven experience in team leadership
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with software tools like AVA or Extranet is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Demonstrated reliability, adaptability, and dedication
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Valid Class B driver's license
