About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesperson (m/f/d) with cashier duties in the cash desk and information area to join our team at famila Nordost. As a growing retail company with over 80 stores in northern Germany, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Handle cash transactions and manage the lottery station with accuracy and efficiency
  • Organize promotions and displays to drive sales and engage customers
  • Process returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner
  • Create break schedules to ensure seamless store operations
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in cashier and customer service roles
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for direct sales interactions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
