Avaloq Banking Core Business Analyst

Avaloq is seeking a highly skilled Banking Core Business Analyst to join our Application Management Services team in Europe. As a key member of our Banking Core Team, you will be responsible for providing application support and maintenance on Avaloq's core platform for our SaaS clients in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze clients' business requirements and propose technical solutions in close collaboration with clients and other stakeholders.
- Implement bug fixing and solutions enhancements.
- Present technical solutions in line with clients' needs, data architecture, existing application code, and security principles.
- Build trust-worthy relations with internal and external stakeholders as developers, PMs, and Client Managers.
- Ensure high-quality service to customers in terms of quality of deliverables, meeting of SLAs, and efficient client communication.
- Strong proven track record of working in a similar role ideally in the fintech or financial sectors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Excellent client-orientation and communication skills.
- Full professional competency in spoken and written German and English.
- Business know-how in Regulatory requirements (DE, LUX, UK) and reporting or in financial accounting standards are a strong advantage.
- University degree in Computer Science/Physics/Engineering/Mathematics or comparable education.
