Sales Associate/Part-time Sales Representative

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Part-time Sales Representative to join our team at Ernsting's family. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Perform various tasks such as restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
