Job Overview

OLYMP Bezner is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Deputy Store Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted, and that stockroom organization is maintained.
  • Store Operations: Assist in the management of store operations, including cash handling, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Sales and Customer Service: Proven sales and customer service skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and managing a team, with a strong ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Inventory Management: Strong inventory management skills, with the ability to accurately count and manage stock levels.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
