Electrical Network Planner

JCW Group, a leading service provider in Germany for aviation, facility, and industry, is seeking an Electrical Network Planner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop electrical installation plans for entire substations up to 110 kV.
  • Design and specify electrical components and steel structures for medium and high voltage technology (AIS and GIS).
  • Calculate loads and forces necessary for statics.
  • Dimension cables, ropes, and systems.
  • Provide competent customer advice in the planning phase.
  • Support project teams in plant construction.
  • Prepare technical project documentation and revision documents.
  • Assist sales in preparing offers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Technician or equivalent with relevant professional experience.
  • Professional experience in high, medium, and low voltage switchgear planning.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards, rules, and regulations DIN/VDE desirable.
  • Proficient use of MS Excel.
  • Proficient use of AutoCAD, Eplan, or other CAD systems.
  • High sense of responsibility for technical, safety, and scheduling issues.
