Technical Asset Management Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of commercial real estate holdings in Germany, with a particular emphasis on high-potential office and retail properties.
- Regularly assess the condition and technical infrastructure of properties within the portfolio.
- Plan, supervise, and manage maintenance, renovation, and modernization initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison for the management team on technical issues and advancements.
- Coordinate and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Select, manage, and evaluate external service providers and specialists.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Assist in formulating investment strategies through comprehensive technical assessments.
- Evaluate technical risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Maintain and organize technical documentation, including plans and reports.
- Contribute actively to the implementation of ESG strategies aimed at promoting sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in technical property management or project development, ideally within real estate investment funds.
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with applicable regulations.
- Experience in technical due diligence and energy management processes.
- Proven ability to coordinate project stakeholders and manage external service providers effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- A collaborative team player with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
