Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hearing Care Professional to join our team in Ahaus. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, conducting hearing tests, and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to customers
  • Implement sales routines and optimize processes to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Support customers in the maintenance of their hearing systems, provide advice on accessories, and build long-term relationships
  • Use customer data to make targeted phone calls and organize local marketing activities
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Support the organization of sales activities, manage calendars, and oversee inventory management

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a Hearing Care Professional
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales and customer interaction
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and empathy skills
  • Enjoy working in a team and contributing to the success of the company
  • High organizational skills and flexibility
