Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal plant performance and enhance maintenance workflows.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance, inspection, and repair operations for mechanical systems in chemical processing facilities.
  • Lead and manage a team of 4 to 8 skilled employees.
  • Guarantee adherence to legal and regulatory standards within your scope of work.
  • Oversee maintenance activities within a 50 km radius, primarily during day shifts.

Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for mechanical engineering.
  • Technical qualifications (e.g., Industrial Mechanic) with Meister or Techniker certification.
  • Proven experience in machinery maintenance and operational management of production facilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and SAP software.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • A valid driver's license and readiness for occasional emergency calls outside regular hours.
