Job Description

Sarstedt, a leading global provider of laboratory and medical technology, is seeking a highly skilled Lab Automation Specialist to join our team at our Wiesloch location.

Main Responsibilities:
  • As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the interface between customers, service, development, and production in the second level.
  • You will take over the connection to higher-level EDV systems at the customer.
  • You will develop and implement customer-specific device configurations and parameterizations (camera, robot, software, etc.) in collaboration with the customer.
  • You will support the commissioning of all laboratory automation devices in Germany and abroad in terms of device configurations and EDV connections.
  • You will develop materials for expert training and conduct these for customers and technicians.
  • You will take over the analysis of existing systems in collaboration with development, customers, and production.
  • You will take over remote support for customers and technicians.
Requirements:
  • You hold a successfully completed technical degree in the field of electronics, mechatronics, technical information, or a comparable field.
  • You have very good IT and EDV knowledge.
  • First experiences in the field of laboratory or laboratory automation are an advantage.
  • You maintain a secure handling in customer contact.
  • You bring a travel readiness of 80% in Germany and abroad.
  • Good German and English skills complete your profile.
