Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 Basis Administrator to join our Competence Center Enterprise Applications (CC ERP) team at the Hero Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our S/4 system landscape, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with our SAP application experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement S/4 system landscape solutions
  • Maintain and upgrade S/4 system landscape to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve system stability issues
  • Work closely with SAP application experts to implement technical changes
  • Provide 3rd level support for S/4 system landscape
  • Interact with external service providers to ensure seamless system operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP Basis administration
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Solution Manager
  • SAP HEC experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and provide clear direction
  • Fluent in English, with occasional travel required
