We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Betreuungskraft to join our team at CBT - Caritas-Betriebsführungs- und Trägergesellschaft GmbH. As a Betreuungskraft, you will play a vital role in providing daily support and care to our residents in a part-time capacity.

• Accompany residents on walks and outings
• Visit public events and engage in activities
• Read and read aloud to residents
• Establish and maintain communication with residents' families
• Cook and bake with residents

• Completion of training as a Betreuungskraft in care homes according to § 43b SGB XI
• Enjoy interacting with older, care-dependent individuals
• Be motivated, helpful, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
