Key Responsibilities
- As a Business Analyst - Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for the professional conception of analyses, reports, and dashboards from the IT Service Management System (ITSM) and connected sources.
- You will develop and implement customer- or supplier-specific analyses and evaluations.
- As a Business Analyst - Business Intelligence, you will develop a consistent 'look & feel' for reports and dashboards tailored to your target group.
- You will support the connection and maintenance of data sources to the ITSM to further develop analysis skills.
- Regular exchange with various stakeholders will allow you to continuously improve the quality of individual reports and dashboards.
- You will be an enabler to make data-driven decisions possible.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in data visualization, data science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of methods, instruments, and techniques for creating reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve complex data-based problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly working in cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Initial experience with BI and ITSM tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Salesforce, SQL) for creating reports and dashboards is desirable.
- Independent acceptance and responsibility for work packages from the subject area with the associated prioritization.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
