The Role

We are seeking a Pricing Manager to develop and execute pricing and revenue growth strategies, manage international pricing frameworks, and collaborate with various departments for global pricing governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and manage pricing processes.
  • Collaborate with the global strategic sales team to develop international pricing frameworks and trade terms.
  • Participate in pricing projects and negotiate with key accounts to drive pricing performance.
  • Create analytical tools for pricing and revenue management to support business decisions.

Requirements for Success

  • Experience in pricing or sales excellence in FMCG or consulting.
  • Master's degree in business, finance, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and initiative-taking skills.
  • Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
  • Digital savvy and commitment to results.
