About the Role
Covestro is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our 'Employer Branding & Recruiting' team as an HR Recruiter Intern. As an intern, you will gain valuable insights into the company's innovative employer processes and contribute to the day-to-day business of a recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of university internships throughout Germany, including overseeing the day-to-day business and supporting the creation of job advertisements.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, advising managers and specialist departments, and conducting telephone interviews.
- Gain insights into trainee recruiting and support our training team.
- Stay up-to-date on current vacancies and contribute to the development of our recruiting process.
- Support the team with small projects and demonstrate your expertise in your own projects.
Requirements
- You are a unique and motivated individual with courage, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
- You are currently studying economics, psychology, social sciences, or a comparable field, with a focus on human resources and personnel management.
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office programs.
- You are a strong networker, able to approach people and maintain contacts.
- You are proactive, team-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You have fluent German (C1+) and good English skills.
