We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Manager to join our team at WC Wiesbaden. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability initiatives and ensuring the long-term success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy, aligning with our company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to identify and address environmental impact areas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
- Monitor and report on our sustainability performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as natural sciences, engineering, environmental studies, or sustainability management.
- Proven experience in sustainability strategy development, with a strong understanding of environmental impact assessment and mitigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
