About This Opportunity

Optimus Search is seeking a talented Junior Frontend Developer to join our team of passionate developers in Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality frontend applications using TypeScript with Angular or React.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agile Software Development: Work collaboratively with our team to design, develop, and deploy frontend applications using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • Large Company, Small Teams: Enjoy short communication channels and work within a team of 7-8 members, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Tech Stack: Utilize TypeScript with Angular or React, and contribute to the development of our frontend applications.
  • High IT Maturity: Benefit from continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing processes, ensuring the highest quality of our applications.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge and practical experience in programming languages, gained through internships, working student positions, or initial professional roles, with a willingness to learn additional languages.
  • Attention to Detail: You consult documentation before using a function, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work.
  • Passion for Learning: You find learning new concepts more exciting than perfecting a routine, and are eager to stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends.
  • Fast Development: You enjoy developing quickly in a professional environment, and are able to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Team Player: You are communicative, proactive, and unafraid to ask for help when needed, ensuring seamless collaboration with your team members.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (at least C1 level) in both spoken and written form is essential for effective communication with our team and clients.
