We are currently seeking a qualified Pedagogical Caregiver / Early Childhood Educator / Therapeutic Caregiver (m/w/d) as Substitute to join our team at our Kindertageseinrichtung Bunte Arche in Gevelsberg.

The Evangelical Church Community of Gevelsberg is the operator of five childcare facilities, where children from 1 to 6 years old are lovingly cared for, accompanied, and promoted. Our childcare facilities understand themselves as a place of Christian community, where children are uniquely perceived and promoted - regardless of their social and cultural background, regardless of their abilities, inclinations, and talents. We offer a violence-free space, in which children can grow up to become strong personalities.

We are looking for a full-time Pedagogical Caregiver / Early Childhood Educator / Therapeutic Caregiver (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification as a substitute teacher for our Kindertageseinrichtung Bunte Arche.

• Take over the pedagogical care, accompaniment, and promotion of children in the group's daily routine.
• Work independently in consultation with the group.
• Live a partnership in education with the parents of the kindergarten.

• You have completed a pedagogical training as a Pedagogical Caregiver according to the current KiBiz collective agreement, or a completed training with state recognition in the fields of Pedagogy, Therapeutic Pedagogy, Therapeutic Care, Child Nursing, or a completed degree in the fields of Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or Elementary Education.
