About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at deeploi GmbH. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and shape our marketing channels, develop your expertise, and make a significant impact on our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Channel Development: Take the lead in building and optimizing our marketing channels, driving initiatives that position our brand for success.
  • Strategic Content Production: Create compelling and strategic content that resonates with our target audience, including content for LinkedIn, pitch materials, case studies, whitepapers, and more.
  • Demand Capture: Collaborate with a renowned agency to capture demand effectively, ensuring our marketing efforts are aligned with the market needs and driving business growth.
  • Brand Building & PR: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our brand presence and reputation, playing a key role in building our brand and managing our public relations efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to fuel our sales pipeline, increasing brand awareness through targeted marketing efforts and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have first-hand experience in Marketing, whether through internships, working student roles, or positions in fast-paced environments such as start-ups.
  • You have a passion for digital marketing channels and demand generation strategies.
  • You have the ability to work collaboratively with external agencies and internal teams.
  • You have a results-oriented mindset and are a team player with a strong ability to self-organize.
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills, as well as a creative streak.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
