Position OverviewAs a leading financial institution with a balance sheet total of 6 billion EURO and approximately 650 employees, Sparkasse Hanau excels in both retail banking and corporate client services. We are currently seeking a Lead Credit Analyst (m/f/d) for our central credit department, focusing on corporate loans.
Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Independently assess, evaluate, and manage credit engagements for our business clients, including freelancers, commercial enterprises, and corporate customers.
- Be responsible for the practical evaluation of credit applications, acting as a crucial link between the market and operational processes.
- Conduct comprehensive risk and opportunity-oriented credit assessments, including detailed cash flow calculations and independent evaluations from an operational perspective.
- Provide expert support to business and corporate client advisors on all matters related to commercial lending.
- Monitor financed projects from planning through execution to completion.
- Prepare credit resolutions for our committees and draft loan and collateral agreements.
- Additionally, handle typical administrative tasks related to both new and existing business.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed qualification as a banking specialist or a degree in business administration.
- Strong knowledge of economic and legal principles, including commercial and tax law, as well as banking regulations.
- Extensive experience in credit processing and/or credit analysis, including balance sheet analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
