Spa Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Attendant to join our team at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in our spa facilities.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests in the spa area, including answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring that their needs are met.
• Ensure that the spa facilities are clean and well-maintained, including the pool, sauna, and steam room.
• Assist with the preparation and serving of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and other treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and spa treatments, including billing and payment information.
• Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that the spa facilities are running smoothly.

• Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask is necessary.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
